I want to thank you for all your help with getting my goods from Hong Kong to the States. You were always willing to explain the process and answer my many questions.  Everything would have been so much more stressful without your patience and guidance, so again thank you! Now that I have my packaging, the goal is to go live with my website by the end of the month.  I am very excited to introduce parents to my product and really believe that it will make a huge difference for so many struggling with potty training.  I will let you know when I launch and hopefully we will be working on a new shipment in the not too distant future.

You know I like to complain.  I don’t like folks that don’t do what I ask when I ask for it.  I don’t like companies that brag about their customer service and then make me talk to folks that I dread talking to.  Well let me tell you, that is not the case with Galaxy.
