Concierge

Concierge is e-commerce profiling software, a web-based marketing demographics tool that records consumer preferences as they make purchases on the Internet. ALS' Concierge Customer Profiling Software permits G-TEC to determine the domain of interest for secure users, and to release additional E-commerce sites (malls/store fronts) to accommodate additional transactions from within Graphco's secure Internet domain.

Concierge "learns" customer preferences and develops customer-specific and market-specific e-Commerce demographics (the website gets smarter in a way specific to each customer with each use). The Concierge is currently used to identify customer demographics for over one million products' SKU's. Businesses can incorporate the Concierge technology within their own website to create specialized on-line services. Advantages include:

Portals

Internet portals are websites that offer an array of resources and services, such as search, communication, content and commerce capabilities, including e-mail, forums, search engines, and on-line shopping malls. General portals for broad web research and communication requirements exist on the Web along with specialized portals for niche markets. Users also have the capability to personalize some portals for their individual interests.

GRAPHCO TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Virtual Marketplace portal will be both a starting site for users when they connect to the Internet and a site that users will visit as an anchor. The Virtual Marketplace provides an environment that drives Internet purchasing straight from a knowledge-based task-support tool, ExpertNet. All purchases are secured by the same advanced authentication technologies. Users have an option to communicate with Graphco's e-commerce site and make purchases using encrypted Digital Certificates and select forms of payment pre-stored in their biometrically secured files. The Bastille secure data center for law enforcement services combines both a Department-of-Defense standard secure database and large hosting capabilities. Hosting enables G-TEC. to provide the hardware, software, and communication lines necessary to serve and maintain the files and fast connection to the Internet for one or more Web sites. G-TEC also offers virtual hosting services. Virtual hosting means that G-TEC's hosting services will be transparent such that each Web site we host will have its own domain name and set of e-mail addresses. We provide the web sites that we host with their own virtual server. A virtual server is a virtual hosting service that gives Internet users the appearance that your organization controls a server dedicated solely to your organization's website.

G-TEC's proprietary web-infrastructure capability extends to tools which facilitate the rapid deployment of web site and e-commerce presence for its customers. These proprietary tools enable rapid site design by non-technical personnel.

E-Commerce
